Limitations/Exclusions:
We reserve the right to change product pricing, terms, specifications, and warranties without notice. In addition we may revised these terms of use at any time by updating the web site. We reserve the right to limit the number of products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, when applicable. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We do not review or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility for their content.
Damages:
In no event will Craintronics, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect or other special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
Payment Types We Accept Online:
We accept the following forms of payment for call in or online purchases: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express. We also accept mailed checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers for purchases. If you choose to make a purchase using a mailed check, money order or wire transfer, please call 1-866-429-3431 for customer service. Checks and money orders must clear before merchandise is sent.
Sales Tax Policy:
For business done in the United States, we accordingly collect sales and use tax as required and applicable by law. The confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable sales and local taxes, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped or delivered.
Order Fulfillment:
Your product will be shipped or delivered to your home or business via one of our available shipping or home delivery options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is available upon request for an additional charge. For Express Air Service, [next business day arrival] your order must be completed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in order for it to ship the same day. Orders requesting our other shipping methods will ship between 2 and 4 business days from when the order was completed.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped products. Order information such as billing or shipping addresses that are inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.
Order Cancellations:
We are unable to refund any online or call in purchases from the time your order is placed [by clicking the Submit Order button] until you receive your order and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please review our Return Policy to determine your preferred method of return.
Craintronics Price Guarantee:
Craintronics strives to give you the best price possible. We do everything in our power to make sure you do not pay more than you should for any product we supply. If you see a lower price at a local retail store for one of our items, call us, and if economically possible we will meet or beat that price.
Return Policy:
Craintronics will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below:
· Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
· There is never a restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same exact product or for product originally purchased as “open box.”
· For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC barcode, packaging, and all originally included accessories.
· Charges for services and setups are non-refundable after the service is performed.
· Missing accessories or parts: The value of the missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a refund. For exchanges, Craintronics will exchange what the customer returns. [i.e. USB cable for USB cable, etc.]
You may return any merchandise purchased from Craintronics provided that the return meets these specific guidelines and ones list above:
· Call 1-866-429-3431 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday Eastern Standard Time to receive an RMA [return merchandise authorization] and the address in which to return the item. Do not return the item directly to the address from which it was sent, as that may in fact be the wrong address for a return.
· Any returns mailed back to us without pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and the handling fee assessed. An RMA is valid for 10 days.
· You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
New Product Manufacturers Warranties:
All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period varies by manufacturer and product. For information on an individual warranty, e-mail us, and will be happy to send you a copy of that specific warranty.
Note: All new products have at least a one year warranty and any Refurbished products by Panasonic have a 90 day return for replacement warranty and one year on parts and labor.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in force and effect.
